    About your guide

For Meeting the French, touring the Eiffel tower is 'old school'. They don't herd you onto a bus and have you driven to the famous sights. Oh no, they focus on intimate and original experiences which celebrate the French lifestyle and culture, helping you to see the real Paris. The city they call home.

    Here’s the plan…

Enter into the world of the French Revolution, where you’ll tour the city centre and walk back in time to when tyranny and turmoil rocked the capital. This is a private tour taking you to the very heart of the Paris’s history.

You’ll meet your expert guide who will take on a journey to the very heart of one of the world’s most important events. You’ll relive the troubled times leading up to the capture of King Louis XIV and Marie Antoinette. Where terror reigned, and the guillotine glistened (probably dripping blood!). You’ll also follow in the revolutionaries footsteps such as Marat, Saint-Just and Robespierre.

You’ll start at the place Odeon, walk through central Paris and end your tour on the right bank. It may be modern-day Paris you’re in but looking back will give you a hold new perspective.
